A tasting of three vintages of our Maestro di Cava Bolgheri Superiore, to appreciate the peculiarities of each vintage and its evolution over time. Each vintage will be narrated by focusing on those elements that influenced the characterizations of the different bottles.
Our sommelier will also explain the characteristics of the terroir and in particular, you will be introduced to the soil types, different altitudes and exposures where our vineyards grow harmoniously with the surrounding nature to give birth to prestigious wines. He will lead you glass by glass to a tasting of different vintages of a 100% Cabernet Franc wine that best represents the essence of this sun-kissed territory that smells of the sea and Mediterranean scrub.
