DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY

The Single-Vineyard Sangiovese Tasting is the occasion for a first meeting with Dievole and the new project focused on Chianti Classico 100% Sangiovese from some specific vineyards. The aim of the project is to underline how different soils and microclimates can influence wines produced with the same variety.

You have the opportunity to taste Catignano, Casanova and Petrignano in the company of a sommelier, plus one tasting from our selection of extra virgin olive oil.

This experience takes place every day by reservation, according to our availability.

For those wishing to deepen this journey into the senses, this tasting tour can be preceded by a lunch at the Novecento restaurant.
