DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY
A vertical tasting is an immersive experience that allows you to explore the evolution of a wine over time. By tasting different vintages, you can appreciate the nuances that emerge with aging and recognize the distinctive traits of each harvest. It’s a journey through the history and philosophy of our winery, showcasing not only the characteristics of each vintage but also the path of growth and innovation we have pursued.
The experience begins in the wine shop, where a sommelier will introduce you to the world of Dievole. This will be followed by a guided tour of the production cellar and aging room, culminating in a vertical tasting held in the exclusive D’Wine Club room. We will start with the most recent vintage to fully grasp the evolution of structure and complexity in the more mature ones.
