DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY
A wine experience in Tuscany with a tasting of Dievole wines combined with lunch at our restaurant Novecento, inside the medieval village.
You will first visit the production cellar and the ageing room, where the company’s fine wines rest for months and years.
Followed by a two-course lunch at our Novecento restaurant: Chef Monika Filipinska will delight you with dishes dedicated to tradition, revisited in a contemporary key, using excellent raw materials from local producers.
The courses will be paired with glasses of wine, explained by our sommelier.
